Clare specializes in helping open minded, heart centered individuals shift energy and blockages held within their bodies cellular memory in order to gain insights into themselves and experience states of deep peace and relaxation through music, meditation & breath through these powerfully healing Divine Sound Journeys. These sessions are very useful for improved overall health, vitality & well-being; releasing tension and stress; gaining focus and clarity; awakening the bodies innate healing wisdom and gaining personal empowerment. Sound Healing helps to shift and release stagnant energy and tension accumulated in the physical body, and are a very relaxing, rejuvenating and energizing experience. Divine Sound Journeys can also assist with pain relief and many stress and trauma related conditions and give individuals a chance to reconnect, recharge, gain focus and clarity and deepen their sense of well-being. WHAT SHOULD YOU EXPECT?
During a Divine Sound Journey & Guided Meditation participants are invited to lay down on a comfy yoga mat under a blanket, relax and bathe in pure divine sounds that will take them on a deeply transformational journey which combines Tibetan Singing Bowls, Chakra Activating Chimes, Tibetan Bells, Elemental Chimes, Shakers, Medicine Drumming, plus Classical, Shamanic and Overtone Singing all set around a beautiful crystal mandala.
In a Divine Sound Journey Clare utilizes these high frequency healing instruments, voice, guided meditation and shamanic medicine songs to evoke a state of relaxation, deep peace and inner harmony as the healing frequencies enhance a physical, mental and emotional calibration to the human body, chakras and energy field.
The subtle sounds reduce the brain activity and slow the heart-beat, allowing participants to enter into a deep expanded state where profound healing can occur. Participants may also choose to move their bodies, dance, stretch and do gentle yoga while listening to the pure divine sounds for a more active physical experience.
Clare is joined by a variety of fellow sound healers, musicians, medicine men & women to ensure the space is held and all participants are well looked after with beautiful healing music & a nurturing, safe supportive environment.
