Freaking out & getting geared up to launch my CROWDFUNDING campaign that's launching this week...

There's a LOT involved in asking for help to support independent local music & gather the funds to complete a musical project LIVE on stage and in the world.

And... It's a very vulnerable thing to put yourself out there - to ask for help - especially when you're feeling sensitive & nervous to put yourself out there.

I'm so grateful for those who have tread this path before me and shone a light on the path for me to show me the 'easy' way.

I am also so grateful to the musicians, artists and support team who are growing & forming around me to actually make this album launch happen in a fabulous way, one where I am supported and feel the community surrounding me with love!

Its always better when we do things together!!!

I made this video because I want to let you in on what's going on for me. It's been a while between videos!

I've been busy creating a crowd funding, birthing an art baby, asking for support, launching an album, making art, buying a farm, healing from a virus, doula-ing, working hard, singing songs, doing the do that I do...

And, it's all happening!

Life just keeps going and getting more awesome & more challenging each step of the way.

I'm actually grateful for the health challenges & the obstacles that are showing me all the places I'm in need of growth and transformation and am super grateful for everyone who has been helping me get this crowd funding & album launched into the world!!!

I have recently begun to RELEASE THE RAGE within me!!!

Throwing myself on the floor, roaring, dancing wildly round the house, throwing tantrums, screaming my lungs out, and so much more!!! 

It's been a powerful process of actually admitting to myself finally that I had a LOT of suppressed rage inside and that it was time to befriend my demon and let it out to play!

And as a deeply sensitive and 'feeling person', anger is such a misunderstood part of my rainbow of feelings after all... 

I have had a lot of experience with the familiar 'positive' feelings of JOY, the murky depths of SADNESS and of course that dark old monster in the cupboard - FEAR, but I have felt deeply triggered by ANGER, particularly in suppressing, transmuting or smothering my own anger as well as hiding and shutting down in the presence of the anger in others.

We're told that it's not 'good', 'healthy', 'attractive' or 'lovable' to be angry. And this is a very popular misconception! 

I have found recently that through letting go of the old stories of feeling unsafe, threatened, fearful, scared & traumatised by anger & FULLY UNLEASHING my own RAGE and fully allowing the RAGE to come through in the ones I love - I am capable of being more loving, compassionate, authentic, aware & alive in my experience of feeling the fulness of my emotions!

On the weekend I want to a transformational workshop on reclaiming my RAGE at "Reclaiming Anger Reloaded" with Gero von Aderkas & Stacia Karina Beazley from The Art of Relating, here in Melbourne. 

Not only was I given FULL PERMISSION to release my rage at this workshop but I was encouraged to be as LOUD as I could be and fully release anything and everything stuck & held in my body, my mind, my story, my heart, and anywhere else the anger may have been hiding. 

I LOVE FIRE week in my own work with Elemental Voices as it teaches us how to access the FIRE within - the passion, the power, the purpose, the safe boundaries, the full body YES, NO and so much more. I really LOVE to give others permission to really 'go there' with whatever feelings and emotions need to be expressed and it felt SO GOOD to finally be given the permission and taken to the space where I could unleash my own rage within.

We were assured that - It's OK to be angry! It's OK to give a VOICE to RAGE! It's OK to be LOUD and TAKE UP SPACE and BE POWERFUL!!!

We were reminded that : Anger is HEALTHY!!!!!!

And until now, I would have tended to disagree, based on my own traumas, stories & triggers relating to anger which were all stored in my body. 

There's so much 'story' around anger...

Anger has a bad wrap!

Let's be honest, anger has a lot of shame attached to it, it's feared, it's thought to be risky, threatening, destructive, triggering, scary, confronting, traumatising, chaotic, pointless and irrational, right? 

What if it's not? 

What if anger, released healthfully, on a regular basis actually creates TRUST in relationships by making way for MORE clear, open, honest communication?

What if anger that is given a voice and space to express itself more fully actually creates more authenticity, more truth, more trust, more freedom, more clarity, more awareness and more peace? 

Is this even possible? 

I think so! 

The voice of anger is a voice of passion, of boundaries, of guidance and of action. The voice of anger is quick and determined and brings positive change!  Anger released in a healthy way breaks old structures, patterns and stories and actually allows us to take a stand and rise up against what oppresses us and shine out light more brightly in the world. 

Anger fully expressed is making a choice and DOING IT!!! 

ANGER IS OK!!! 

Honestly, it surprises me to say this after a life time of being terrified by anger and triggered into trauma and a childlike state of 'frozen in fear'  around even the slightest anger, but now, I feel better. I feel that I have the space within me to be ok when others are in rage and when I am too. 

I sense that I can hear the voice behind the anger, the one that wants to be heard, the one that feels vulnerable, scared, in need of understanding. And I am listening. 

I am listening. 

I feel clear, I feel more present, I feel more solid in myself and I feel lighter. 

I feel better. 

I will continue to release my RAGE in the most healthy way possible.

I will continue to use the skills I learned to deal with my own and other peoples anger from Stacia & Gero for a long time to come! 

I am grateful to feel more soft, gentle, light and full in my power.

Present, alert, calm, centred, free.

TAKING A LEAP OF FAITH

I'd say we've all set our intentions and resolutions for 2016 by now...

I know I've been busily & diligently planting seeds for what I would like to manifest into my reality this year. Including but not limited to recording my second solo album, singing in more magical locations around the world, falling deeper in love with myself and my beloved, moving one step closer to my BIG dream of co-owning a healing retreat centre/eco farm AND optimal physical health and vitality...

But, the BIG question is... what am I/are you/we willing AND ready to 'give up' or 'give over' in order that this may come to fruition? What is stopping me? 

Fears? Doubts? Lack of Trust? Excessive Worry? Low Self Esteem? Negative Self Talk? Self Sabotage? Old Stories? 

And to that end, what amount of TRUST am I/you/we willing to put in to the 'leap of faith' that we must make in to the great unknown, in order for that to happen???

We know that great achievement comes with some sacrifice and a HUGE amount of trust, So...

I'VE COME UP WITH SOME GOOD QUESTIONS TO ASK MYSELF WHEN FEAR OR LIMITATION ARISES...

What am I ready & willing to let go so that ALL my dreams can come true?

Where are my fears & limiting beliefs & what precious GOLD might be on the other side?

What SACRIFICES am I willing to make so that I can live in full abundance, love, joy, peace & harmony?

What LEAP OF FAITH and devotion to trust is required of me RIGHT NOW?


I wish with all my heart for all of the ones I love to take a BIG LEAP OF FAITH this year - towards all of our greatest dreams and biggest loves - I love to imagine what the world might look like if we do...

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

Already 2016 is shaping up to be BETTER THAN IMAGINED as incredible opportunities flow to me in the most unimaginable ways...

I had the most spectacularly relaxing week away with friends over NYE, swimming in the ocean, sleeping on the earth, sitting by the light of the moon singing songs & sharing stories & delicious 'glamping' meals with friends old & new.

I am so grateful for 2015 and all the gifts, adventures, experiences, lessons, love, insights and wisdom I have gained, achieved & experienced. I am so excited and enthusiastic about this coming year and I can't wait to pour my love, awareness, attention, excitement and enthusiasm into the many projects, plans, co creations and adventures my heart is set upon.

Because I appreciate the strong medicine of vulnerability and accountability - here are my intentions for 2016 :

- Achieve & Maintain Optimal Health, Vitality & a Solid Daily Practice
- Fall deeper in Love with Myself & my Beloved 
- Redefine what I Think is Possible

There's no doubt about it, I get so excited to set refreshed, refined and new intentions each new year!! It's such an amazing opportunity to hit the RESET button, give thanks, reflect on what was amazing in the previous year and POWER UP for the coming year ahead...


I definitely feel like I grew a LOT in 2015 and am so grateful to my support network without whom, none of that would be possible!


So... here's to more of the same in 2016!!!

More love, more life, more adventures, more opportunities to grow, more bliss, more fun, more laughs, more singing, more time in nature, more dancing, more creativity, more quality time with the ones I love, more devotion to this amazing life and all that it offers!

This "SELF LOVE" journey that so many of us are on is deep & powerful! I am so grateful to have this opportunity to take this 'time out' from teaching, seeing clients, putting on events & performing to really honour myself, travel to somewhere I've always wanted to go, dive deep into relaxation, cultivate a daily prayer/movement/meditation practice and honour myself and my body in the best way possible. I'm taking time out of my normal reality to really tune in, see myself clearly, nurture my body, nourish my soul, sing new songs in nature, call in my true soul's desire and fall deeply in love with myself. 

It's so amazing how taking time off to be with ourselves can actually feel more like a break down than a break through at times, but I can feel myself recharging, nourishing, expanding, opening & being able to really tune into my connection to my true self, the earth beneath me and the world around me from the place of having a full overflowing cup! Letting go of old heaviness, trauma, shock and tension and replacing it with deep long lasting ease, lightness, joy and harmony in my mind/body/spirit.

I feel so called to commit to this very non linear journey fully as I know I will be able to be more of service to others when I am fully in alignment with my highest authentic truth & embody self love in the most potent way possible. How long will this journey take? When will I go home? How am I letting go of everything that is known & safe in search of deeper joy? I really have no idea!

Sometimes it really does take sacrifice to awaken the most tender & juicy parts of ourselves and I'm learning that going gently, quietly, and in am embodied way is the best way possible for me, as a woman, who has a tendency to push, strive, over achieve, and go for it! at all times. I'm now learning to let go, trust, surrender to the flow and allow my life to be as I am and unfold before myself in an embodied & authentic way. I trust that all my dreams are coming true in the most appropriate way & in divine order on this committed evolutionary journey. I know there will be plenty of work to do when I get home! What this work will be? I have no idea! I know I love to be of service to my fellow humans, especially humans who wish to explore expression, the voice, truth, love and

I am so grateful to be supported on this journey of cultivation, expansion, expression, love and devotion. Thank you to everyone who has nurtured, nourished & put me up in their homes over the past 2 months.

I can't wait to pour this new found energy into Synergy IDE Australia,Elemental Voices, Buffalo & Bear, Omnisutra & Clare Sentience, family, friends & community, when I return home... but for now, I turn my energy inward, generating my own inner power, potency & love, until further notice!

This is without a doubt a totally ground breaking shamanic journey through the elements that is evidently helping people achieve total vocal freedom, radical self expression, total honesty with themselves and the ones they love and deep, profound self love.

This is a journey of epic growth, transformation, empowerment, awakening and facilitating almost 40 powerful beings through this process now has totally blown me away & cracked my heart WIDE open!! OMNISUTRA Sumeria, Ancient Egypt and Tantra in in full cosmic flow once again...  

Gavin Sri Amneon, Travis Jecks & myself are in rehearsals weekly learning & practicing chants from ancient Egypt, Sumeria, India and more which we perform in Melbourne, Byron Bay and Ferntree Gully. We performed at Rainbow Serpent Festival and went over to Bali on the 29th of March to record Omnisutra Egypt & Sumeria with world class producer, recording artist and musician Ben Last in his studio in Ubud. 


Returning from this much needed recording holiday we have an Omnisutra Ancient Egypt and an Omnisutra Sumeria performance on May 2nd & May 9th.

We performed together at Seven Sisters Festival for the second time this March and we were very excited to share these powerfully healing songs with the women at this fine festival and beyond this year.

SOUND JOURNEYS

There is a Divine Shamanic Sound Journey coming up (see details above) on the 17th of January 2015. This is such a wonderful way to start the year!! And an excellent way to unwind, clear out the energetic cobwebs and lose some of the baggage built up over the hectic festive season. I HIGHLY recommend experiencing a sound immersion like this at least once in your life time if you haven't already! Sound healing is a scientifically proven way to relieve stress, improve recovery from trauma and MUCH more. It is used widely in hospitals, hospices & therapy all over the world! SYNERGY

SYNERGY Solstice Summer Shindig at the end of 2014 was AMAZING fun and a great success!! Synergy (just in case you haven't heard about it) is an all night, intentional, drug & alcohol-free dance event that a group of us put on at regular intervals throughout the year. There are awesome dj's, dance journeys, a sound journey (from me), divine decor, a chill temple, chai, magical elixirs, art installations, yummy food, a tea house and much, MUCH more. Synergy is growing rapidly into Melbourne's premier conscious dance event and we are delighted to share these offerings with community. OMNISUTRA

OMNISUTRA is up and running again in 2015! Gavin Sri Amneon & myself are in rehearsals weekly learning & practicing sacred chants from ancient Egypt, Sumeria, India and more, which we perform at festivals and private venues in Melbourne, Byron Bay and Ferntree Gully. We will be performing at Rainbow Serpent Festival this year and will be going INTERNATIONAL with a gig at the Bali Spirit Festival in April. The first of many international festivals! BUFFALLO & BEAR

Myself and my dear medicine sister Lydia Marolda (Dancing Freedom Australia, Synergy) have joined forces to co create 'BUFFALO & BEAR'. Together we are a powerful duo and we sing medicine songs at festivals & gatherings around Australia. We will be performing together at Seven Sisters Festival for the second time and we are very excited to share these powerfully healing songs from around the world with the women at this fine festival. Mel Dobra

I had the great privilege of supporting Byron Bay based singer, songwriter Mel Dobra on her most recent trip to Melbourne; performing at the Mind, Body, Spirit Festival on the main stage every day!  Singing a selection of beautiful songs from her latest album, Sacred Tides with world class musicians, we had a most wonderful time! 


You can check her out on her website http://meldobra.com/. Mel is a soul sister, a sweet singer and a great teacher of harmonium & self discovery. Her music touches the heart & moves the soul. I look forward to singing with Mel more in 2015 and beyond...

ELEMENTAL VOICES

My beautiful, healthy, bouncing baby was born in the form of the ELEMENTAL VOICES 6 week singing course at the end of 2014 and it was HUGE!!! 

I have been gestating & developing this course, 'a shamanic journey through the elements for total vocal freedom of expression' for what feels like my entire life! This is a journey of epic growth, transformation, soul voice activation, empowerment, awakening and radical self expression and facilitating 20 powerful beings through this process totally blew me away!! I was overwhelmed with the commitment, the dedication and the deep surrendering to the journey and I am SO EXCITED to be doing it all over again with a brand new group of singers in 2015!!! The next course will be in February and there are still places available.
